Non-Hermitian Degeneracies conf

Phenomena associated with the continuum states of open quantum Hermitian Hamiltonian system are often compactly described by effective non-Hermitian Hamiltonians. Recent studies revealed interesting effects associated with such time dependent non-Hermitian Hamiltonians in the vicinity of non-Hermitian degeneracies (also known as "branch points" or "exceptional points"). The goal of the workshop is to look for new effects (which are not possible in closed Hermitian systems) and to further explore the recently discovered effects.
